Oracle Customer Care & Billing – CC&B Tester

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. 6-9 years of overall Testing Experience with at least 2-4 years in Oracle Utility Framework (CCB/C2M/MDM/ODM).
  2. Experience in Oracle CC&B (Customer Care and Billing) with hands-on testing experience in Oracle CC&B (Customer care and billing).
  3. Good functional expertise and good knowledge of CCB/C2M/MDM/ODM.
  4. Good functional understanding of areas like vee model, billing, customer information, meter data management, meter read interfacing, field activities, severance process, and interfaces.
  5. Experienced with data setup and data mining using OUAF data model and underlying objects
  6. Proficient in SOAP UI/Postman testing of web services.
  7. Experience in executing CCB batches for test data generation and test cases execution.
  8. Proficient in Agile methodologies.
  9. Experienced in Jira for story mapping with test cases and management of test case life cycle.
  10. Experience in CC&B to C2M upgrade is preferable.
  11. Strong knowledge of STLC processes Test Strategizing, Test Design, Execution, Defect Management, tracking and reporting.
  12. Has worked in HP-ALM, JIRA, or any defect tracking tool.
  13. Demonstrate good testing and defect management skills using any software testing tools.
  14. Has a good understanding of testing fundamentals, test strategies, and overall functional testing.
  15. Good communication and customer interaction skills.
